The development of pancreatic cancer is depending on a number of oncogenic modifications. Kras may be the most frequently mutated gene (G12D allele) in pancreatic cancer and it is found in 95% of pancreatic cancers26. Whilst genetically engineered mouse (GEM) designs have convincingly demonstrated t
